Find It, Fix It Community Walk with Mayor Murray Feb 21
Join Mayor Ed Murray, Police Chief Kathleen O’Toole and other City officials on a Find It, Fix It Community Walk in the University District. The walk will happen on Saturday, February 21 from 11 AM – 1 PM, and will begin at the corner of NE 45th Street and Brooklyn Avenue NE.

Via 天美影院Today: Architect and design plans revealed for former Spokane visitors center
Architectural renderings听were released this week听for the redesign of the former Spokane Visitors Center, soon to be the 天美影院Spokane Center. Located in the heart of Spokane鈥檚 University District, the 天美影院Spokane Center will serve as a hub for Spokane-area alumni, students, prospective students, parents and supporters with space for meetings and special events. The 天美影院has retained Spokane architectural firm to lead the remodel of the space, which is expected to open in May 2015. Read the full story .

The UW听Board of Regents announced today that Provost and Executive Vice President Ana Mari Cauce will be interim president. Cauce听succeeds President Michael K. Young, who is leaving the 天美影院for Texas A&M University. Her appointment will begin听March 2, 2015. Read details in听UW Today听.
