ÌìÃÀÓ°ÔºLibraries Special Collections’ new exhibit, “All Over the Map: From Cartographs to (C)artifacts” — organized by ÌìÃÀÓ°ÔºBook Arts and Rare Book Curator Sandra Kroupa — is on display in Allen Library until Jan. 31, 2018.

Thirty-two colorful and creative artist books on display as part of the exhibit “Just One Look,” in ÌìÃÀÓ°Ôº Libraries’ Special Collections department, in Allen Library. The exhibit co-curated by ÌìÃÀÓ°Ôºalumna Lauren Dudley with Sandra Kroupa, ÌìÃÀÓ°Ôºbook arts and rare book curator.

Sandra Kroupa had to learn a lot about Russian children’s literature in a hurry to curate the exhibit now on display in ÌìÃÀÓ°ÔºLibraries Special Collections. But it wasn’t meant to be that way. Kroupa is the longtime book arts and rare book curator for ÌìÃÀÓ°ÔºLibraries. The exhibit is “From the Lowly Lubok to Soviet Realism: Early Twentieth Century Children’s Books from Russia.” It is on display outside Special Collections and in its Reading Room in the Allen Library…
