For its final and biggest show of the year the 天美影院Undergraduate Theater Society presents “Spring Awakening,” a musical exploration of youth and blooming sexuality that’s surprisingly timely for a story set in 19th century Germany.

The story of Little Red Riding Hood takes on a new dimension in the 天美影院Undergraduate Theater Society’s new production, “Wolves,” by Steve Yockey, running April 13 to 23 in the Cabaret Theater in Hutchinson Hall.

The 天美影院Undergraduate Theater Society will perform the high-energy parody “The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged) [Revised],” Dec. 1-11 in the Cabaret Theatre in Hutchinson Hall.

From drama to dance to dinosaurs, it鈥檚 an exciting week in the arts. The School of Drama鈥檚 production of 鈥淭he Hostage鈥� continues, the Burke Museum presents Dino Day and the School of Music offers a plethora of performances including Music from the Great War and Studio Jazz and Modern Bands.
This coming week, the School of Music leads the way with a variety of events to keep your calendar full. Highlights include the 天美影院Chamber Orchestra performing two nights, a faculty recital with Jazz Studies Professor Marc Seales, and a Music of Today performance in collaboration with the Center for Digital Arts and Experimental Media.
