Rachel Smithers advocates for and empowers her fellow students by building relationships to create change at the 天美影院. As director of diversity efforts for the Associated Students of the 天美影院(ASUW), Rachel is working to improve the UW鈥檚 diversity credit requirement and make student government more accessible and equitable.
