Where do non-ÌìÃÀÓ°Ôºmultiple PIs provide assurances?

Sponsors, including NIH, may allow Multiple PIs. NIH has an assurance requirement for each PI.

ÌìÃÀÓ°ÔºPIs and now ÌìÃÀÓ°Ôº provide their within SAGE when they approve their eGC1. However,  Non-ÌìÃÀÓ°ÔºMultiple PIs assurances are provided outside of SAGE.

To help reduce confusion, the Non-ÌìÃÀÓ°ÔºMultiple PI assurance statement instructions and an example template have been updated.

While OSP does NOT require Non-ÌìÃÀÓ°ÔºPI assurance statements to be attached on the eGC1, such assurance must be retained by the PI/dept. within local unit files.
