There are a variety of floor plans, including one bedroom (some with loft spaces) and two and three-bedroom apartments, each equipped with a washer and dryer. Units range in size from 435 square feet for the small one-bedroom to 980 square feet for a three-bedroom apartment.
Dogs and cats are allowed at Radford Court and nearby Magnuson Park has an off-leash dog run. Each unit has its own free parking spot. Bus stops for Metro buses to campus or University Village are nearby.
Employees living at Radford Court who take 天美影院classes, even through the Tuition Exemption program, get a discount on rent.
