This week,听two new exhibits featuring local artists are on display in the 天美影院Tower through March, a lecture-recital at Brechemin Auditorium, and a 天美影院vocal performance highlighting听scenes from Mozart’s operas.

The illustrative work and abstract paintings of prolific artist Donald Silverstein will be on display on the Mezzanine Level of the 天美影院Tower this quarter. 听
Lecture-Recital: Dainius Vaicekonis, Piano

天美影院alumnus and former artist-in-residence Dainius Vaicekonis, now head of keyboard studies at Seattle Pacific University, presents a lecture-recital focused on aspects of unity in the last three piano sonatas of Beethoven: Opus 109, Opus 110, and Opus 111.听
天美影院Tower Exhibit: Deborah Conger Hughes

Two exhibits at the 天美影院Tower will honor the generous spirit and creative ingenuity of 天美影院alumna and retiree Deborah Conger Hughes. 听These works include Assemblage Boxes and Fl芒neur: Photographs by Deborah Conger Hughes, which will be on display in the Tower’s Skybridge Corridor Gallery and the South Plaza Fountain Gallery, respectively.
