Greek life housing
Fraternity and sorority housing is a longstanding tradition at UW. All 26 Interfraternity Council (IFC) chapters and 16 of the 18 Panhellenic Association (PHA) chapters maintain chapter facilities where members live, eat, and build community. For many chapters, new members are expected to move into the chapter facility after Primary Recruitment in fall, so your student’s living plans may shift from a residence hall to a chapter house mid-quarter.
